I reached the peak of the tower in Nogas Island. Notice I was pointing out the word "NOGAS". The feeling is quite nervous when you are in the top but if you can see the beautiful overview of the mountains , the sea level and the freshness of the air, you feel released and relaxed as well. |

| This is the back portion of the Nogas Island. As you can see stones and green trees(mangroves) are so lovely. The sand is so white. The island is surrounded by mangroves. |

| The Water is very clear and commonly the taste of ocean water is salty but
here in Nogas Island there are parts of it that the water is not really
salty. |

| The pump- boats serve as the carrier going to the Nogas Island. The fare is P500.00 round trip and good for 10 to 11 persons only. While you are in trip going to the Island you can see the fishes, coral reefs because the water is very clear and clean. |

SIRA-AN Hot Spring

| This is the SIRA-AN hot Spring. People can enjoy through out of the day and even for an overnight. Some are saying that the if you stay long or for an hours in the hot spring water (sulfur), you will feel good and it can heal you from whatever you may feel bad in your body. SIRA-AN Hot Spring has a swimming pool that can accommodate for those who wants to swim. |

Sira-an Hot Spring and Nogas Island are easy to access by riding it on a bus where you can find this in Super Public Market. This bus serves only passengers who wants to come and see both tourist attraction.

For 3 days and two nights that I have stayed in one place but it has two parts of beautiful destinations (nogas and sir-aan) I can say that I enjoyed so much and still wishing to comeback this summer. It such a wonderful experience that I have in my entire life that here in the Region VI- Western Visayas specifically the province of ANTIQUE has a tourist spot that everyones much be proud of.
